At Doorway E-Commerce, we are committed to delivering a seamless, secure, and satisfactory shopping experience. We strive to ensure all products meet the highest standards, but we understand that returns may occasionally be necessary. Hence, we have established the following return policy.
Return Process for Online Purchases
We encourage customers to carefully inspect all items upon delivery while the delivery personnel is present. If an item is incorrect, damaged, or not as expected, it should be reported immediately during delivery. Once the delivery personnel leave your premises, Doorway will not be liable for any future return, refund, or replacement claims.
If an item is returnable, it can be returned to the store of purchase, provided it meets the return criteria outlined below.
General Return Policy
Our goal is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. If you receive a faulty, incorrect, or unsatisfactory product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Depending on the nature of the issue, we will provide one of the following within 7–10 working days:
- A full refund
- A replacement
- A repair or adjustment, as necessary

You must provide your Order Number, Invoice, or other proof of purchase when making a return request.
Requirements for a Valid Return
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with all tags, manuals, accessories, and manufacturer boxes.
- Products that are found broken, tampered with, or used must be reported to customer service immediately upon delivery.
Valid Reasons for Returning a Product
- Delivery of the wrong product
- Delivery of a defective or damaged product
- Missing parts or accessories in the delivered package
- Product does not meet the expectations based on website listing
- Price discrepancy between website and delivered invoice
- Product received in an unhealthy or unexpected condition
- Packaging is compromised or unsatisfactory
Special Note:
Grocery items can only be returned on the same day of delivery and only if the item delivered was defective.
Products Not Eligible for Return
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Any consumable item that has been used or installed
- Products with missing serial/UPC numbers
- Cosmetics, perfumes, and skincare products
- Personal hygiene products such as earrings, wigs, or combs
- Food items, cigars, or beverages
- Items not returned with all original packaging, accessories, or manufacturer’s box
Important Notes
- For promotional or discounted items, the return eligibility and refund amount will reflect the offer price rather than the original price.
- Doorway reserves the right to accept or reject any return request based on internal review and compliance with the policy.
