We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or applicable laws of Bangladesh.
Orders & Payment
- All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently the primary payment method.
- Customers should inspect products upon delivery before making payment.
- Once an order is delivered and payment is completed, the purchase is considered final, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must:
- Provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, stock, and condition.
- Sell only products they are legally authorized to sell.
- Honor the platform's return policy and provide after-sales support.
- Pay subscription or service fees on time, where applicable.
Prohibited Activities
Users and sellers must not:
- Sell counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products.
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations of Bangladesh.
- Use bots, automated tools, scraping, or attempt to disrupt the platform's operation.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or permanent removal.
Limitation of Liability
DOORWAY acts solely as a marketplace platform and is not the direct seller of products listed by third-party merchants. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any individual order is limited to the total value of that order.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated through email or your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
