Delivery Time
- Dhaka City: 1–3 Working Days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–7 Working Days
Delivery times may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Charges
- Inside Dhaka: ৳60 per parcel
- Outside Dhaka: ৳120 per parcel
- Cash on Delivery (COD): No additional charge
Payment
DOORWAY currently supports Cash on Delivery (COD). Please inspect your parcel before making payment to the courier.
Failed Delivery
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the order will be cancelled. You may place a new order at any time without any penalty.
